Vasu Addanki
Attorney
Vasu Addanki represents insurers in first- and third-party coverage and bad faith matters. He counsels clients at all stages of a claim, including coverage analysis, preparation of coverage opinions, claim-handling advice, response to IFCA notices, defending insurers in breach of contract and bad faith lawsuits, and trials and appeals.
In addition to representing insurers, Vasu represents non-profit corporations and their directors and officers in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, discrimination, and business tort matters, including trials and appeals. Vasu also handles complex litigation, commercial and business litigation, property damage, and product liability matters.
Prior to joining Jensen Morse Baker, Vasu handled commercial litigation, business litigation, and coverage and bad faith matters with highly regarded law firms in Seattle and Chicago. He also represented criminal defendants while with the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
