Steve Jensen
Steve grew up in Iowa, and spent time in Kansas City and St. Louis, before moving to Seattle two decades ago. He loves to travel, and once spent seven months living and working in London. Steve takes full advantage of Seattle’s vibrant city life, and also makes time for camping and trips to the coast. He loves music, likes to think about writing, and is a die-hard fan of the Iowa State Cyclones and the Seattle Sounders. He lives in Phinney Ridge with his awesome wife, Marla, and his excellent sons, Henry and Charlie.

Laura Morse
Laura was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. School then beckoned in Southern California, and she moved to Los Angeles. This led to an opportunity to work at venues with live music nearly every night. After leaving Los Angeles, Laura moved to beautiful Bellingham, Washington to finish her degree in English Literature. When Southern California beckoned again, Laura moved to Orange County for law school. Having returned to Washington state for a post-law school clerkship, she has now settled in West Seattle. When not practicing law, Laura enjoys spending time at Alki beach, throwing parties, and spoiling her adorable dog, Bob.

Gabe Baker
After graduating from Penn Law in 1998, Gabe returned home to practice law under the soothing gray skies of Seattle. He has lived in Seattle ever since, except for a six-month sojourn in London while on secondment in the Lloyd’s insurance market. Gabe is lucky to live steps away from the University of Washington, and enjoys live music, sports, and spending time with his wife Abby and his children, Mary-Mae, George and Phoebe.

Sarah Swale
Sarah grew up in the gritty city of Tacoma before heading out to the Willamette Valley wine country to attend law school. Sarah and her husband enjoy touring the countryside in fast cars and finding out of the way locations for sampling adventurous foods. As a die-hard Boston Red Sox fan, Sarah knows that life has its share of joys and disappointments, but some things are worth fighting for. Sarah lives in Tacoma with her fearless husband, Mike, and their spirited daughter, Sophia.

Benjamin Roesch
Benjamin grew up in Wisconsin, and migrated to Michigan (for law school) and Alaska (for adventure) before settling down in Seattle with the exception of a four-month stint on secondment in the London insurance market. He enjoys the theatre, the Seattle Sounders, reading and writing, and the occasional bout of exercise. Benjamin lives in West Seattle with his super awesome wife, Liz, and their semi-well-behaved dog Lucy.

Chris Gibson
Born in California, but raised and educated in Louisiana and Mississippi, Chris began his legal career in Los Angeles after attending a law school there his final semester as a visiting student. Chris has been a litigator in the Seattle area, since moving here in 1997, practicing at small and larger law firms in the areas of personal injury, product liability, construction defect, asbestos defense, and general liability defense. He has successfully tried product liability, personal injury, breach of contract and insurer “bad faith” cases to verdict in state courts and federal court.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys attending “indie rock” concerts in and around Seattle, international travel with his wife, and following college sports.

Charles Willmes
Charles Willmes has 30 years of experience in civil litigation. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and product liability. He regularly represents national retail and hospitality industry clients in matters ranging from premises liability to foodborne illness and complex litigation. Charles has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts in Washington.
