Steve Jensen focuses his practice on complex litigation, emphasizing commercial disputes, employment matters, ERISA, bad faith and insurance coverage, aviation, products liability, premises liability, and serious personal injury matters. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation.
Steve has tried numerous cases to verdict in federal and state courts, and in arbitration. He’s taken and defended hundreds of depositions. He frequently obtains summary judgment dismissals for his clients, and he handles appeals before federal and state courts. Steve also authors articles on a variety of topics, and serves as a presenter at legal seminars.
Steve’s professional accomplishments are widely recognized in the legal community.
